Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • You can send items back within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We don’t charge any restocking fees.
  • Refunds are issued within 7 days once your return is approved.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • We accept exchanges.
  • Please note this policy is subject to our Terms of Service.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • It should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached and included.
  • We’re unable to accept returns for items that show signs of use, have been mishandled, or damaged through misuse.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Return an Item
If something didn’t work out, no worries we’re here to help. To start a return, simply send an email to contact@kideumz.com with your order number, a brief reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or not as expected.

Please make sure to contact us first returns that haven’t been approved in advance may not be accepted.

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you clear step-by-step instructions along with the return address. If you still have the original packaging, we recommend using it to keep the item protected during the trip back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we always suggest choosing a tracked shipping method so you can follow the parcel’s journey back to us.

As soon as we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund promptly. We want to make the return experience as simple and smooth as possible just reach out if you need anything along the way!

Refund Process
Once we’ve checked and approved the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for the amount to appear in your account. We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.

Please keep in mind:

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us at contact@kideumz.com. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships out. If it's already been processed or sent, we won’t be able to cancel but no worries, you can return it once it arrives by following our return steps.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange the items for other items, please send us an email to contact@kideumz.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order details and your request. Once we have approved the exchange, we will send you instructions on how to return the items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives broken or isn’t quite right, we’re really sorry. Just take a few clear photos of the item (and the packaging if you can) and email them to contact@kideumz.com along with your order number. We’ll look into it quickly and offer a solution, such as a refund or replacement. These situations matter to us, and we’ll handle it with care.
