Order Processing and Shipping Details
As soon as we receive your order, you’ll get a confirmation email so you know we’ve started working on it. Processing normally takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), though it may take a bit longer during busy times. When your order is on its way, you’ll get another email with tracking information so you can keep an eye on it. You can also follow your order here.

Once your order has been processed, it will be carefully packed and handed over to our delivery partner. Most deliveries arrive within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday), though exact timing can vary a little depending on where you live and your local courier’s schedule.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please email us at contact@kideumz.com. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships out. If it's already been processed or sent, we won’t be able to cancel - but no worries, you can return it once it arrives by following our return steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives broken or isn’t quite right, we’re really sorry. Just take a few clear photos of the item (and the packaging if you can) and email them to contact@kideumz.com along with your order number. We’ll look into it quickly and offer a solution, such as a refund or replacement. These situations matter to us, and we’ll handle it with care.
